Set forth below is our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect the information which is provided to us as a result of your establishing an Account with us.

“Account” means an account established by you with use after the APP has been downloaded.

“APP” means the application which is owned by us and which enables any mobile phone user to post Photos/Videos (for the public) or send Photos/Videos (by private message) regarding one or more messages to other persons who have access to the APP.

“Posting” means your posting of Photos/Videos through the use of the APP.

“Photos/Videos” means the content which is part of your Posting.

THE DATA WE COLLECT

After you download the APP and start creating an account, you will be prompted to enter your date of birth. This is essential in order for us to determine whether you are under the age of 13 or not. 

For persons age 13 or over – your user name (created by you), your password (created by you) and your e-mail will be required in order to establish an Account.

In addition to your date of birth, this is the information which we collect. Once you have established an Account, subsequent use of the APP will require you to sign in with your email/user name and password.

If you are under the age of 13:

Our separate Children’s Privacy Policy needs to be reviewed if the birth date selected by the parent/legal guardian indicates that the person they are creating an account for is under the age of 13.

The procedure for the parent or guardian to consent to the establishment of an account for such a person is described on that page as well.

ONLINE TRACKING – DO NOT TRACK

We do not track your location or your specific use of the APP.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We currently do not share, rent or sell your personal information.

We use GoogleAnalytics to gather data regarding the use of the APP. The Google Analytics platform shows the aggregate, high level usage data as it relates to engagement, retention and acquisition. We do not store individual tracking information per Account holder.

INDIVIDUAL USE AND ACCESS

If you want to do a Posting, a “Create” feature will ask you whether your Posting is to be “Private”, “Only me”, “Following” or “Public”.

A Private Posting of Video Content will only be available for viewing by the recipient/s whom you have selected. An Account holder who sends a Private Posting does not have the option of permitting you to share such Private Posting as a Public Posting. A Public Posting Of Video Content will be available for viewing by all persons who have an Account.

SECURITY SAFEGUARDS

We use encryption. Transmission of data is sent through industry standard SSL encryption over HTTPS. Data is housed in secure storage behind industry standard firewalls and access control policies. Please be aware that no security measures or safeguards are perfect or impenetrable. If you have any reason to believe that your personal information is not secured, please contact us by e-mail as discussed below.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify this Privacy Policy. Such changes can be made at any time by posting any such modification within this Privacy Policy.

As you continue to use the Website after we have posted the modification, you will be agreeing – without action on your part – with the terms of the Privacy Policy as so modified. You remain free at any time to cease using the APP and/or cancel your Account.
